Who we are
Fruition Solutions is Tufi, a sole trader in Canberra.
ABN 56 980 782 130.
"We" on this page means Tufi.
The free assessment
The first look is free.
You show us the problem. We tell you whether it is worth fixing and what the smallest first fix is.
If it is doing the job, the best fix may be no fix. We will say so.
The paid diagnosis
If a proper answer needs real digging, that is a diagnosis.
A diagnosis is A$450.
If you go ahead with the build, the A$450 comes off the build price.
You get a written recommendation: keep, clean, connect or convert. It is yours whether you build or not.
The A$450 is not refunded once we start.
Fixed-price scopes
Every build has a fixed price before any work starts.
The quote is the contract.
The scope says what is built, what is not built, and how we will know it is done.
If it is not written in the scope, it is not in the job.
Changes are welcome. A change is a new quote, agreed before the work moves.
You choose where it runs: on our hosting for an agreed monthly fee, or on yours.
Prices are in Australian dollars.
Prices exclude GST. Fruition Solutions is not registered for GST.
Payment
The diagnosis is paid in full before we start.
The build fee is half on signing, half at go-live.
Invoices are due within 7 days.
We pay by card on our own page, or by bank transfer.
The build fee pays for the agreed work. Measuring the result is not a refund scheme.
What we do not do
Bookkeeping, tax, payroll and BAS stay yours.
We do not touch a lodgement.
We do not give legal, tax or financial advice.
If a calculation needs a licensed professional to sign it off, that sign-off stays with them. We build around it.
We are not IT support, and we do not sell hardware.
Your data
We handle your files the way the privacy page says.
Enquiry files are kept 30 days unless we are engaged. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
We never put a file with personal data into an AI tool.
Measured, not promised
We baseline your hours before we touch anything.
Every job ends with a written report: what it was, what changed, and the measured before and after.
Estimates are labelled estimates. Measured results are labelled measured.
No baseline, no claim.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. We fix what we built, at no charge, when it does not do what the scope says.
Our liability is capped at the fee you paid for that job.
Your rights under Australian law
The Australian Consumer Law gives you consumer guarantees that no contract can take away. Nothing on this page limits them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory.
