What happens to what you send us
A note, screenshots, a workbook or a link can contain personal, employee, financial or customer information.
What we collect
We collect the details you send by form, booking, survey or email. Dummy data is welcome.
Where it goes
Files go to a restricted folder with named access only. We use least access, multi-factor sign-in, backups and retention rules to handle files responsibly. We use AI to help build the fix. A person checks it before you see it. We never put a file with personal data into an AI tool.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry file for 30 days unless we are engaged. You can ask us to delete it by emailing hello@fruitionsolutions.co.
Who sees it
We do not share files with third parties beyond the form, booking and hosting providers used to receive or run the service. We do not sell your information.
Survey answers are stored in our own Google Sheet. We use them only to decide what we build and whether to contact people who asked us to.
