One job, three parts
- Before the break. We list what is due over your shutdown and draft notices for staff and customers.
- Over the break. The cover sheet names who handles each item, or what waits until January. You arrange cover.
- The January restart. We compare invoice downloads for missed or overdue items and order your first-week tasks.
You keep the decisions.
Dates we build into your calendar
ACT and NSW examples, adjusted to your shutdown. Tax dates stay with whoever handles your tax; award requirements need qualified advice.
- Monday 23 November 2026: notice planning for a Monday 21 December 2026 shutdown, if your award requires 28 days' notice. Confirm applicability. Fair Work.
- Monday 21 December 2026: November BAS for businesses lodging monthly. ATO.
- Friday 25 and Monday 28 December 2026; Friday 1 January 2027: public holidays in ACT and NSW. Fair Work 2026 / 2027.
- Thursday 21 January 2027: December BAS for businesses lodging monthly. ATO.
Your report
The handover, restart plan, completed and open items. Your records show before and after; estimates are labelled.
What we don't do
No tax, super, pay or award advice or calculations. Pay stays with your bookkeeper or whoever runs your pay. You send notices and make payments.
Price and timing
The first look is free. If you go ahead, the fixed price is agreed before we start.
